All right team, buckle-up. This is going to be a great Meetup! We’re bringing back Scott Lemm to speak with our group about the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model. The last time we had Scott (Dec 2019) we filled the room to its max fire code, I even had to kick out some of my SN colleagues to make more room for customers. Scott spoke for an hour, and everyone in attendance left with a better understanding of the CSDM. Get ready for Round 2!
