Key responsibilities:

Own and successfully execute on a 100+ project portfolio
Own and drive PMO billable utilization
Accountable for resourcing the PMO team across projects
Accountable to Executive Leadership for executing the phData project portfolio
Mentoring and Coaching the existing PMO team
Own and identify process improvements both within the PMO and across phData
Owns the PMO onboarding process
Manages 4-6 direct reports
Accountable for mid-year and end of year reviews across the PMO
Owns the accuracy of our overall revenue forecasting process
Owns the accuracy of allocated, scheduled, and actuals across the portfolio
Owns the accuracy of month end invoicing for all projects
Acts as a single PMO point of escalation for Account Executive team
Owns PMO/Delivery customer escalations
Partners with Sales leadership on identifying gaps and refining the sales to delivery process

Experience:

15+ years of project and program management experience
2+ years of experience building out high functioning project management teams
Experience managing revenue forecasting across a multi-million dollar portfolio
Seasoned professional in partnering with sales organizations to ensure successful delivery across multiple departments or services
Experience in managing multiple customer escalations in parallel and prioritizing based on needs
Expert in identifying, building and implementing process improvements across an organization
Online distributed systems and infrastructure design and implementation experience in a 24×7 environment
Experience working on cross functional projects and partnering with multiple teams using both agile and waterfall frameworks
Previous experience managing large scale technical programs for several end to end large-scale projects
Ability to represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders above to help them understand the decisions they have to make and what options they have.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
