This position will be part of the Enterprise Services team, which delivers a full suite of services to state agencies, boards, councils, and commissions, and many central services to local government partners.
Job Summary
The M365 Collaboration Supervisor will plan, organize, prioritize, assist, and manage the activities of the state’s collaboration services (including SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams and other relevant technologies) according to the defined mission and culture, meeting agency, division, and service goals and objectives which include:

- Customer operational and support needs are met.

- Service level management agreements are developed, monitored, and complied with.

- Partnership agreements are developed, monitored, and complied with.
-
- Personnel skills are developed to meet customer needs.
-
- Personnel management duties are performed to meet the needs of the employees.

- Budgets are prepared and operated within requirements.

- Development efforts are established and follow industry best practices across the responsible systems
-
- Define and set standards for the Enterprise SAAS platforms and division among operation, development and business functions.
This position is currently eligible for full-time telework:
-
- Telework for Minnesota IT Services allows an employee to perform work from a telework location and an employee may be required to be in the office based on business needs and other dependencies in St. Paul, Minnesota.

- Only candidates located in Minnesota and bordering states (Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin) are telework eligible.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must clearly demonstrate all of the following qualifications in their resume:
Position requires a minimum of four (4) years of professional IT experience.
Experience must include:

- Two (2) years of lead work or supervisory experience.

- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

- Expert knowledge of and experience with Microsoft cloud-based services, vendor/customer incident management practices.

- Advanced human and financial resources management skills tied to effective and responsible results.

- Knowledge of State of Minnesota procurement systems, rules, laws, and practices sufficient to ensure division procurement practices are consistent with rules and laws.

- Advanced leadership skills to influence collaborative efforts and implement regulations and mandates in a manner that fosters stakeholder acceptance and cooperation.

- Advanced process improvement and implementation skills as well as creative problem solving and an ability to influence timely decisions.

- Awareness and understanding of governmental systems, statutes and rules relevant to a variety of information technology areas of responsibility.

- Advanced business management skills sufficient to oversee a complex business and customer service operation.

- Interpersonal and group communication including written, oral and listening skills and ability to adjust messages to different audiences and situations.

- Ability to develop roadmaps and set priorities in a complex and evergreen system context.

- Flexibility and adaptability in a quickly changing work environment.
