What You’ll Do

  • Support direct team with increasing LTV for clients
  • Guides direct reports with prioritizing client projects
  • Mentors, coaches, and deeply contributes to the career development of their team and others
  • Leads delivery of major client initiatives on clear timelines
  • Works to develop holistic perspective on the organization, its vision and its activities
  • Build and drive SEO strategy across multiple industries tied to goals
  • Drive traffic and increase ROI for our clients by doing competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, and outreach based link building
  • Measure ongoing impact and effectiveness of implemented SEO strategies and tie to business outcomes using Search Console, SEMrush, and GA
  • Manage internal profitability specific to client delivery
  • Conduct and share SEO test results
  • Conduct CRO tests
  • Create and share mini case studies internally and to clients
  • Train people and delegate tasks by creating thorough documentation
  • Communicate and drive conversations with clients
  • Remain current with SEO trends and readily share your knowledge internally and externally
  • Identify and pitch SEO practice improvements

About You

  • 4+ years of experience working in Organic Search; some agency experience preferred
