Reporting to Sagiliti’s Chief Technology Officer, the Product Owner will help design and deliver exceptional digital products to support Sagiliti’s growth and overall operational excellence. You are the interface between the business operations and the engineering team. You support business growth through data-driven analysis and decision making, improving efficiency, and data quality. You’ll represent the business team in prioritizing the features for development, approving user stories, and ensuring clear communication flows back and forth. You’ll shape and execute the product strategy that meets the department goals, engage in new product line development, and support the collective ownership of the agile software process.

 

The Product Owner will make an impact by: 

 

  • Lead and execute all new product needs, from high-level product roadmaps to thought leadership as new products are being developed
  • Facilitate design sessions to understand product users, priorities, product principles, and features
  • Defining and communicating the overall product vision and objectives as they relate to the goals of the business. Articulate the minimum viable product needs. Create, refine, socialize, and prioritize the product backlog and user stories.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, the engineering team, designers, and copywriters to execute on product and UX strategy
  • Build strong relationships within the business and operations team, creating trust and guiding decision-making
  • Supporting delivery of major project deliverables, testing, and launching

To set you up for success, Sagiliti requires the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Five years of experience working in an agile software development environment
  • Based in and authorized to work in the United States
