Key responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and support fully integrated network and server software and hardware
- Research requirements and evaluate hardware and software for network and server platforms
- Support, maintain and expand cloud computing presence
- Provide second level support for servers and applications as needed
- Maintain backup and recovery procedures that provide high systems availability and integrity
- On-call responsibilities related to systems managed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in enterprise IT Support
- On-prem and Azure Active Directory administration using PowerShell
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune including Configuration Manager, Defender and Autopilot
- Windows server and SAN/NAS administration experience
- VMware vSphere and exposure to either Azure, AWS or Google Cloud environments
- Basic Cisco routing, switching knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
