This event will showcase 3–4 speakers, sharing their personal path into the Solution Architect role. Each speaker will spend 10-15 minutes highlighting lessons learned as adaptable practitioners, lifelong learners, and communicators.

A panel Q&A will follow the talks.

**Speakers**

* **Gandhi Dasi**. Gandhi is a transformative leader focusing on AI/ML Architecture at Prime Therapeutics. Being a technologist and an architect is at the heart of his passion for solving business problems by augmenting the right technology, data, and AI solutions.
* **Joe Conchola**. Joe is an independent solutions architect consultant dedicated to building scalable, high-quality software solutions since 2006. He brings a diverse skillset and a proactive approach to every project, whether acting as a fractional CTO for international teams or spearheading endeavors like IoT-enabling emergency response vehicles. When not immersed in technology, Joe enjoys sporting events with his family or walking his golden retriever.
* **Ashish Pagey.** Ashish is VP of Data, Analytics & AI at Shiftkey, with over 25 years of experience spanning solution architecture, enterprise modernization, and AI innovation. He has built AI capabilities from the ground up—addressing healthcare workforce challenges at Shiftkey, delivering industry-leading features that transformed M&A dealmaking at Datasite, and leading architecture initiatives at Thrivent Financial, Fujitsu Consulting, and Impetus Technologies. Passionate about mentoring and advancing the craft of architecture, Ashish offers a unique perspective on how solution architects can shape business outcomes in the era of AI and cloud.

An executive level technology leader with in-depth experience delivering technology strategy and solutions to organizations from the small and aggressive to the large and complex.
