What Got You Here, Won’t Get You There

***What Got You Here, Won’t Get You There***

**Moving from Individual Contributor to Team Leader**
**Hosted by: [Jimmy,](https://www.linkedin.com/in/thejimmy/)**[ ](https://www.linkedin.com/in/thejimmy/)**Chief AI Officer**

The skills that help you land the job aren’t always the same skills that help you lead.

As your career grows, what’s expected of you changes. Technical skills may help you establish yourself as a strong individual contributor, but moving into a manager, tech lead, or leadership role requires a different set of skills.

In this session, we’ll explore that transition and discuss how your skills, mindset, and approach need to evolve as you move from doing great work yourself to helping people, projects, and teams succeed around you.

Whether you’re working toward your first leadership opportunity or already navigating that transition, we’d love to have you join the conversation.
