MinneAMA: Cultivating a Diverse & Inclusive Workplace (featuring Caroline Karanja)
MinneAMAA couple months ago we launched our new educational series: MinneAMA. Each month, we host a virtual AMA (or Ask Me Anything) session on a different topic with subject matter experts from our community. You can ask questions and learn directly from industry leaders who know it best (all from the comfort of your home or office).
This month, we were lucky to be joined by Caroline Karanja, as we discussed Cultivating a Diverse and Inclusive Workplace. Caroline is a technologist, startup founder, and an expert when it comes to coaching companies to improve their diversity and inclusion practices.
