**Meet Our Featured Speaker**
[Gary Koelling](https://www.linkedin.com/in/garykoelling/), currently Director of Product at Bison Transport, leads high-performing teams focused on developing products that create compelling customer and carrier experiences. Previously at Best Buy as Director of Digital Experience, Content Platforms, he led the discovery, testing, and implementation of digital and cross-channel content platforms. His background spans both transportation and retail sectors, giving him unique insights into using AI to enhance product discovery and customer experience.
