At Reema Health, we believe that a personalized, community-based approach to care makes it easier for anyone to access the things they need to make their lives better. We know that life’s challenges often exist because the systems built to help are a burden to navigate. We believe building a relationship with a real person — someone who listens, meets members where they are, and understands the community’s resources — can ease those burdens and effectively connect members to health care. Our mission-driven and member-focused company is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Product Designer.
As the Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in growing our design organization and will report to the Director of Product Design. Your work will have a massive impact on our digital products and collaboration between design, engineering, data, and our users. You will thrive in this role if you are constantly advocating for users, love solving systems design puzzles, and feel accomplished when you work with other great minds to figure out great design solutions.
The Senior Product Designer will:
- Own the product design for Reema’s core platform, including maintaining and evolving the design system and expanding user touchpoints
- Participate in and sometimes lead design thinking exercises as a way to understand design problems cross-functionally
- Deliver thoughtfully designed experiences that demonstrate consideration for multiple use cases and carefully-weighed trade-offs
- Be able to recommend design solutions and talk through different perspectives in order to gain a shared understanding amongst collaborators
- Guide the vision for a cohesive, easy to use, and scalable user experience that is exemplified in every aspect of our user-facing applications
Requirements:
- Proven 3-5 years of individual contributor experience in product design
- Deep understanding of visual design, UX principles, design systems, and interpreting brand guidelines
- Proficiency in prototyping at various levels to test both large-scale concepts and microinteractions
- Skilled in leading and interpreting user research and interviews to inform design
- Ability to empathize with and advocate for the end-user perspective
- Champion of accessibility and inclusive design, with experience leading initiatives and integrating these principles into the design process
- Strong experience working closely with engineering teams
- Proven ability to use data insights to drive design decisions, understand issues, and prioritize projects
- Comfortable leading design reviews and seeking feedback
- Some experience designing enterprise or tech-enabled service delivery software interfaces
- Up-to-date on evolving design trends and behaviors within the industry
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
- Experience working with internal non-technical users in both training and testing/feedback capacities
- Comfortable with leading design thinking workshops and exercises
- Product marketing experience and/or close collaboration with marketing teams
- Experience working on B2B2C products
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary and Equity Package
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- HSA, FSA, and Life Insurance Options
- 401(k) Retirement Savings with Company Match
- Employee Assistance Program
- Flexible Schedules and Remote Work
- Technology Stipend
- Accrued Paid Time Off
- Paid Family and Medical Leave
